Congratulations to Mark Murphy on the Publication of Divine Holiness and Divine Action
Posted in News Publications

Professor Murphy’s latest monograph, Divine Holiness and Divine Action, has recently appeared on Oxford UP. The Oxford UP page describes it this way:
• Offers the first systematic theory of holiness presented in philosophy of religion in last fifty years
• Defends an account of holiness indebted to Rudolf Otto’s description of the experience of the holy as that of a mysterium tremendum et fascinans
• Discusses issues of creation, evil, hiddenness, incarnation, atonement, and salvation in light of divine holiness
Congratulations to Professor Murphy!
