Congrats to Drs. Torres, Kremers, and Léger

Congratulations are in order for our three new doctors of philosophy: Christopher Torres, Philipp Kremers, and Madeline Léger have all successfully defended their dissertations! Dr. Torres defended “Human Nature and Practical Normativity”; Dr. Kremers defended “Social Epistemology for the Administered World: Bureaucracies, the Public Sphere, and Other Social Systems”; and, most recently, Dr. Léger defended “Vicious Dilapidation: On Crumbling Settler Places in the Maritimes.” Moreover, we are thrilled to announce their post-defense professional positions: Dr. Torres as a Visiting Professor at the University of South Carolina; Dr. Kremers as the Artificial Intelligence and Democratic Citizenship Postdoctoral Associate in the Georgetown University Government Department; and Dr. Léger as the Post-Doctoral Fellow in Philosophy with the McKenna School of Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at Mount Allison University.
