Army COL Tony Pfaff, Georgetown Philosophy Ph.D. (2012) will serve as Senior Military and Army Advisor to the Department of State. He’ll be reporting to Sec. John Kerry and his staff, advising on international issues. Tony’s last post was a Defense Attache in Baghdad.
