Congratulations to James Mattingly on the Publication of Information and Experimental Knowledge

Posted in Faculty News Publications

How do little experiments turn into big knowledge? You will have to read Professor Mattingly’s new book, Information and Experimental Knowledge, to find out! Information and Experimental Knowledge has recently become available from The University of Chicago Press, which describes his work as explaining “what it is about experimental practice that transforms observations of what may be very localized, particular, isolated systems into what may be global, general, integrated empirical knowledge.”

Congratulations, Professor Mattingly!
