GU Philosophy graduate student Laura Guidry-Grimes (new window) received the Student Paper Award (for the best paper by a student) from the American Society for Bioethics and Humanities (new window). Laura is currently writing her dissertation on “Psychiatric Disability, Variant Modes of Being, and Demands for Recognition,” advised by Profs. Alisa Carse, Maggie Little, and Madison Powers.
