KIE’s “Introduction to Bioethics” Among First MOOCs

This fall, Georgetown will offer two MOOCs – massive open online courses – to continue the University’s mission to promote learning for a global audience. We are pleased to announce that one of these pioneer courses will be administered through the Kennedy Institute of Ethics. Introduction to Bioethics, taught by Professors Tom Beauchamp, Robert Veatch, Margaret Little, Rebecca Kukla, Madison Powers, John Keown, and Karen Stohr, explores some of the most difficult moral challenges the world faces in health, medicine, and emerging technologies. You may read the full article here.
